个人简介
现任Williamhill中文副教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为病毒感染与免疫分子机制、抗病毒与抗炎症药物研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,广东省自然科学基金1项;作为课题骨干参与“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”国家科技重大专项、教育部科学技术研究重大项目等研究工作。近年来以第一作者、通讯作者(含共同)分别在Proc Natl Acad Sci USA、Journal of Virology、Journal of Infectious Diseases、Journal of Infection、PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases等杂志发表多篇论著。
研究领域:课题组聚焦病毒-宿主相互作用机制研究,以登革病毒、寨卡病毒等蚊媒病毒为主要研究对象。围绕病毒入侵、复制与致病等核心环节,结合高通量基因功能筛选与多组学分析技术,依托细胞与动物模型并结合临床样本,运用病毒学、细胞生物学及分子生物学等手段,系统鉴定病毒感染的关键宿主依赖因子与病毒组分,深入解析病毒与宿主免疫系统互作诱发重症疾病的分子机制。在此基础上,挖掘病毒性重症的早期诊断与预测分子标志物,并针对关键靶分子开展抗病毒、抗炎药物筛选及治疗策略研究。
