研究简介
近年聚焦于代谢酶的脑损伤作用及其分子机制研究,发现糖酵解关键酶己糖激酶2(HK2)促进急性缺血性脑卒中等脑损伤过程,揭示其介导炎症、促进外泌体生成等非代谢作用机制,为神经保护药物研发提供全新靶点。此外,完成1.1类急性缺血性脑卒中新药YC-6(已进入Ⅲ期临床试验)的临床前药效学评价,阐明其抗氧化、抗炎等作用机制,并探索YC-6及其同系物在急性高原性脑损伤、出血性脑卒中、重症肺炎等其他适应症的潜在应用。
